Just like everyone else in the center of Stockholm, I almost passed by a 85 year old woman that winked anxiously with one arm. She smiled with her three teeth when I asked if there was anything I could help her with; I saw she was in shock and excited and nobody cared that she had gotten herself stuck in a snowdrift. I extended an arm and pulled her out of the snow which took less than a minute. When her feet landed on solid ground, she breathed a sigh of releif. It was very easy to help her.

Living and acting in present time has its own rewards, among those one sees what is there and acts accordingly and don't deny or ignore what needs to be done.Yes and the extra feeling of well-being comes automatically with that kind of action. Of cause in your case you act out of a felling that it is your duty. The greatness in you makes us all survive a little bit better. I am proud to have you as a friend. Thank you for being you.Thanks
