One thing that I'm constantly daydreaming about is for my 2 favorite Swedish girls Nina & Camilla to come visit me in LA. Seriously, we would have sooo much fun. Nina has been my best friend since I was like 5 years old, we're like sisters. Nina, if you're reading this, save up all your little money and come see me this summer!!! you'll have the time of your life!
Honestly I don't really have any close girlfriends in LA, it's hard to find really good, genuine people here. Plus, I'm constantly working so I don't have much time for friends, but I'd definitely take a week or so off to entertain my girls. I miss them so much!

I'm never in my life touching a cigarette ever again! I've been a heavy smoker for the past 2 years, and now I see how it has taken a toll on my face. I think my vanity saved me from cigarettes because I'm too vain and freaked out about wrinkles, hehe. Overall I'm such a healthy person, so I've felt like a total hypocrite for smoking. Now I'm done with it, for good. It just totally steals your life force and it's so not sexy, haha. To NOT SMOKE is probably the best beauty advice I could ever give you guys...

My day started with a 2 hour SGI (Buddhist) meeting (my husband came along too to chant) , then I was off to  Monica, I had like an hour to kill before work so I had lunch, checked out some stores on 3rd Street Promenade and also watched some of the street performers. It was a crazy day because the LA Marathon was going on so most major streets were blocked off and it was PACKED with people everywhere. It was a fun day! I love Santa Monica!

In this town it seems most celebs have had some type of work done. Apparently Kimmy K has had several nose jobs done, has cheek implants, fillers, veneers and who know what else... I thought she was a natural beauty... silly me... What do you guys think?

Today I stopped by The Hair Shop on Wilshire Blvd. A place where you can buy everything and anything that has to do with hair extensions and wigs. They have machines, kits, tools and there's even classes there where you can learn how to do extensions yourself... I personally wanna learn how to do keratin wax extensions, that would be awesome. If you're ever in LA this is a place definitely worth checking out!

It's a really hot day today! I just came back from the pool/ jacuzzi area. It feels so nice to just rest my sore aching body in the sun. Today I'm gonna stop by The Hair Shop on Wilshire and then go to Darque Tan in Beverly Hills and get a Mystic Tan. Also I need to do a manicure/ pedicure. I never have time to relax and pamper myself otherwise 'cos I'm always working...so I'm truly grateful for this day!
